Meet, Drink and Paint at Art Village Gallery’s Social Art Experience!!

What To Expect

Our BYOB painting parties are held in the heart of the South Main Arts District in a sophisticated art gallery setting located at 410 S. Main Street in downtown Memphis, TN.

 

Our unique twist on an already popular concept is that we do not offer traditional “paint-by numbers” or “step-by-step” painting based on predetermined artwork. However, under the direction of our resident artist, participants will be challenged and encouraged to create organic abstract paintings by tapping into their own creative skills and talents in a supportive instructor-led environment!

 

If your group is looking for the perfect escape from the norm, you will enjoy being guided through sessions that allow you to freely express your own creativity!!

Supplies

Art Village Gallery provides the music, and all of the art supplies (paint and materials, canvas, brushes, apron, art instruction, set up and clean up).

Food, Alcohol and other Beverages

BYOB! Bring your own wine and beverages of choice. We don’t provide alcohol, food or beverages. All clients must be 21 years old to consume alcohol.

Age Requirements

We require a minimum age of 12 years to attend, and age 21 to consume alcohol.

Reservations Required

Open Parties

No open parties are being reserved at this time. We are currently only offering group/private paint parties (10 attendee minimum).  See below for more information.

 

Group/Private Parties

Private parties are perfect for any occasion such as couples night out, girls night out, birthdays, office parties, corporate team building events, bridal showers, baby showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, graduation parties, school field trips, holiday parties and more!

 

For private group parties the minimum number of painters required is 10. If the minimum number of guests is not achieved for the private party, the client will be charged the balance to meet the minimum. The price is $45 per canvas.

 

Private parties require a $150 deposit to secure the date. You may pay the deposit online using our online payment process. The balance due on all private parties is required 2 weeks prior to the event. Contact us at 901-521-0782 or events@artvillagegallery.com with any questions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Private party deposits of $150 are non-refundable. A credit (no refund) will be issued for cancellations before a scheduled party. Credits must be used within 60 days. 100% of the client’s deposit will be forfeited (and no credit issued) if a client cancels a private party within 14 days of a scheduled party.
